After keeping my eyes peeled for a few months I finally stumbled across a great printer's tray at a car boot sale for an bargain price of £5... needless to say I was immensely happy with myself.

Now I'm getting over the initial excitement of my find, I've now moved on to deciding what i'm going to do with it. Whilst looking for ideas I came across this stunning example.

I only hope mine is as lovely as this one!!

Belle and Boo

I stumbled across some delightful Belle and Boo postcards in Paperchase a month or so ago. Belle and Boo's illustrations are so beautiful I had to share them. Love the logo too. I notice there's an illustration download on their blog at the moment as well... I won't be letting that opportunity pass me by.

It's only a matter of time before I give in to temptation and buy myself a good old fashioned telephone.

If only I could turn back time and keep all of the lovely, unappreciated objects such as this that we grew up with and were thrown away in favour of lifeless modern day replacements... will my cordless BT handset ever have this appeal? I expect not but who knows; i fear I'll become a compulsive hoarder.

Adorn my wall

I absolutely love this limited edition letterpress print by enormouschampion. Oh, hello friend featured it a while back and I still absolutely love looking at it. I wasn't quick enough (note to self: stop umming and ahhing) and missed out on buying it but I keep a little print out on my monitor to remind me to keep an eye on their future creations.

I'm inspired

I confess; design blogs have become my latest obsession.

Okay, so perhaps I've been a bit slow on the uptake. I've heard the word blog being thrown around here and there but took very little notice... what a fool I've been.

Through this new discovery, I've stumbled across a huge number of likeminded people who love exactly the same things as I do and it's been an absolute inspiration to me. Every day I stumble across something that is so lovely that I absolutely can't live without it. Reality soon kicks in and I realise I can't have it all but I will continue to dream about it, to plan my ideal home and everything beautiful that I'll collect within it.

So anyway, I decided it was about time I made a collection of everything I'm in love with.
